Life Purpose & What Can I Do With My Time That Is Important? The Facts.

The facts are that the majority of people have no clue about what to do with their lives. Even after finishing school, landing the first job and making money the defining moment of being sure of what they are here to do is still unclear. It is a struggle that many go through especially those who want their lives to be impactful and to have a higher purpose.

The idea that we are all here for some higher purpose can be for many a lot of hog wash, they simply do not believe it. The other segment of people know better and maybe it is the concept of “Life Purpose “that gives us all a reason to search for a meaningful life that has substance. Here is another way to see it maybe you should be more about discovering what feels important to you and be about mastering whatever that may be.

What about right here some essential facts no matter what purpose you’ll do in this lifetime. Everything that you’ll do at some point in time will not be what you want to do but it has to be done and you will have to do it. Some examples that are big eye openers. Everything involves sacrifice, nothing is uplifting and pleasurable all of the time, everything involves sacrifice.

If you want to be a rich brilliant entrepreneur, but you can’t handle setbacks and failure, then you are not going to go far. If you want to be an actress or an artist but you are not willing to see you or your work rejected thousands of times then it is not the profession for you to excel at. When you want to be a lawyer but you can’t stand 80-hour workweeks, then it is not your arena to dance.

How about this scenario where you get so wrapped up in what you’re doing that you forget to eat? What experience was that and what was it that so consumed you that you lost track of time? Whatever that was don’t just look at the activity that so embraced you, but look at the psychology behind those activities that enthrall you, because they can easily be applied somewhere else.

What about this one little but very big fact: “Passion is the results of action, not the cause of it”. In other words take action; none of us know exactly how we feel about an activity until we actually do it. Trial and error will ultimately take you to where you need to go. Remember you want to fill up yours time but for that time used to be meaningful and to have a purpose, discovery has to be a part of it.

When people feel as if their life has no sense of direction, no purpose it is because they don’t know what’s important to them, they don’t know what their “values” are and; this is a one way ticket to unhealthy relationships and eventual misery. What you want is for that not to be you, so make use of your time and find something that is bigger than you and important to others, grow into your purpose fill up your time.

Until the next time, take good care and be well.
