Joy supports good health and wholeness. You desire a life that is joyful, and it can be. A life filled with joy can be yours starting today. You can live a life that is filled with joy. Many different meanings apply to the word joy. Happiness is the feeling of being genuinely joyful with what you have. The world around you wants you to be happy. Having a joyful life supports good health, and your health is the best wealth. When you can be joyful, it is about having passion, inspiration, and motivation in your life.
When you are joyful your entire body benefits especially your heart and research shows us that happy people have a less likely chance of having a heart attack. The people who are aware of what is joyful does to their health have healthier blood pressure, lower cholesterol, weight management and a lower level of stress levels. When you are a happy person, the research states that you are more likely to exercise, and eat healthy foods and tends to fill their lives with joy.

Go Out of Your Way To Make Someone Else Feel Good
When you are kind to someone else, you will find yourself feeling good as well. When you can give a random act of kindness and or compliment someone, it will not only brighten up their day but yours as well.
Spend Your Time Around Happy People Who Support You.
Research shows that happiness is contagious. Those people who start social networks and a sense of community are often more joyful than those who do not connect and belong to groups and community involvements.
Create Your Joy List.
List the things that make you happy. When you create the list, including all the things that you love doing and work to incorporate at least two or three into your life each day. Get out of your head and list the things that you feel and the things that you resonate with the most.
Stop Overstretching Yourself Keep It Simple.
Work at not overloading yourself in all things, work to find balance in your life. Learning to say no will help to give you more time to spend with the people you love. Cut out the unnecessary and make a decision to enjoy your life more, intentionally decide to be more joyful, and you will find it to become so.
The joy that is the best medicine and a great way to achieve good health has a mindset that chooses happiness. When you begin to let joy into your life, you will create more time to do the things that you love. You will start to build a life that is more joyful, healthful and fulfilling leading to a life that is healthy and whole.
